The Royal Haciendas is located on the beach in the heart of the Riviera Maya and is one the top timeshare resorts in Mexico. This full 2-bedroom Villa C121, with lock-off option, is situated in a quiet location near the lobby, Rotunda bar, tennis courts, and children's Aqua park in Phase I. Buyer usage and MF begins in 2025.

This resort in a gated community near Playa del Carmen has a much more relaxed feel than the busy resorts in the Cancun area. Our family has enjoyed coming here for years, but this week no longer works for us.

The ground floor unit features additional grassy space off the patio and easy access to the courtyard.
