Breckenridge is a fantastic ski resort. All my years and I have never experienced any lack of snow during my week. It just keeps on snowing!

This a very unusual timeshare with a prime fixed number 4 ski week plus floating point that can be used at the home resort or at other Hyatt Properties. Week 4 is worth 2000 points in the Hyatt System plus 1440 floating points. The property is located in Beaver Creek Village and is a ski in/out location. Another unusual feature at the Mountain Lodge is a free continental breakfast each morning. I'm in my late 70's and bought this property when it was under construction as the last property being built in the village. I have used this property each year and loved it and also used the extra points to stay many weeks at this property as well as other Hyatt properties. I am retiring from skiing and so I would like to sell the property.
The units have been recently remodeled and the Hyatt Mountain lodge is one of Hyatt's best and most unusual properties. This is one of the lowest investments to be made to enjoy this wonderful resort year after year or give you easy options to use the points or rent to pay for most of the maintenance fees. Maintenance fees will be paid by the seller for 2025 if the seller purchases for use in 2025. Buyer pays maintenance fees if not going to use until week 4 of 2026.
