Clarksville, GA — Apple Mountain Resorts owned by Holiday Inn resorts as of 2018. I have week 35 of each year usually falls on the week of Labor Day. This is 10 minutes from Tulluah Falls and 30 mins to Helen, GA. Anytime besides the week 35 in Georgia, You can also use what is called “Bonus time “ to use the facilities in other states base on availability with a 2 week notice. Families with children, there’s a timeshare facility 10 minutes from Disney World. If you have children this is great.
I do not owe on the timeshare. I had this timeshare for almost 20 years just need to get rid of it as I don’t use it. Again, this is free, I am willing to pay for transfer fees.

The unit will be free to you and WE WILL PAY YOU $1000 to take it. We are tired of paying the maintenance fee every year for a unit we can't use.

We have owned the unit since 1986 and paid the loan off in 1989. The unit is Friday to Friday week 51 every year and is available to you December 19-26 of 2025. Our week includes Christmas each of the next 2 years. I haven't looked beyond 2 years yet. We celebrated Christmas here as a family for many wonderful years, but have been unable to travel for about 10 years now.

The unit is AMV4 which is a top floor corner unit at the highest point on the mountain.
