1,000 annual Villa Preferred Access (VPA) points with Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto as the home resort. Annual usage through 2044.
Annual maintenance fee is approximately $530.
The membership provides 1,000 VPA points each year. At the Loreto home resort, the traditional usage is a 7-night Studio stay during Summer season. VPA points may also be used toward eligible reservations at participating Villa Group resorts, with different unit sizes, seasons and lengths of stay depending on the VPA points chart and availability.
Membership is current and the buyer receives the ongoing annual allocation of 1,000 points through 2044.
Banked points currently in my account are separate and do not transfer with this sale.
