Ski Vail - Prime Season

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the Vail Valley but doesn't want to pay thousands of dollars to purchase a timeshare.
Because it is a floating week, the owner has flexibility to reserve an available week within the applicable Red Winter season rather than being tied to one specific fixed calendar week.?The Christie Lodge is in the Vail Valley, near Vail and Beaver Creek, and is a beautiful destination for hiking, sightseeing, fall colors and mountain activities.?The week may also have exchange possibilities through the resort's applicable exchange program, subject to the current rules and fees.??In addition to the Red Winter season it is also available mid-December.
Transfer: The timeshare is paid in full and current.
The new owner will assume the annual maintenance fee after the ownership transfer. Currently maintenance fee is paid/ up to date and there is no outstanding mortgage.?

We are offering the week because I no longer use it and would rather have another family enjoy it than continue paying the annual maintenance fees.??I will cooperate with the Christie Lodge transfer process and provide the necessary ownership information to a serious recipient.?No brokers or timeshare exit companies.??If you are genuinely interested, please message me and I can provide the additional deed/week information and explain how the transfer can be completed through Christie Lodge.
