Great news for renters! The resort’s ongoing exterior painting project on the Ocean Side is officially complete. As a Platinum tier owner, my reservations are historically prioritized for the Ocean Side, meaning there is an excellent probability your villa will be assigned to the completed, construction-free side of the resort with unobstructed views.
Please note: While Ocean Side assignment is highly likely, final room placement is managed entirely by the resort at check-in. Painting has now moved to the Intercoastal side through January 2027, and building-wide balcony restrictions remain in place out of caution. This holiday block has been priced aggressively at $3,600 to account for these temporary resort rules, saving you hundreds over retail and RedWeek pricing.
