FREE – 120,000 Annual Platinum Points – Seller Pays Closing + 2027 Fees

We are looking to transfer our 120,000 annual Platinum points to a new owner at no purchase cost ($0).
The ownership is points-based only and receives 120,000 points every January 1.

Current annual VOA/maintenance fees: approximately $1,750
No borrowed points
No banked points

$0 purchase price
Closing/transfer costs
2027 annual maintenance fees

The new owner will receive the 2027 ownership year with the maintenance fees already covered by us and will assume responsibility for all maintenance fees, dues, assessments, and other ownership obligations beginning in 2028.

Ownership will be fully transferred into the buyer's name through the appropriate closing/transfer process.

We are not looking to make money on the transfer. We simply are not using the ownership enough anymore and would like to find someone who can enjoy and make good use of the points.
