Most all accommodations feature private balconies, air conditioning, mini-kitchens, and queen or king beds.

And if you want a longer Caribbean escape, multiple consecutive weeks may be available, allowing you to stay for 2 or even 3 weeks in the same room all in a row.

Annual Maintenance Fees
Studio / 1-bedroom: $1,199 per year

2-bedroom / Lockout: $2,398 per year

Plus USVI local tax of $25 per day

This is a Right-to-Use arrangement, not traditional deeded timeshare ownership.
